Concept | HiFi Showroom Door

Doors are often thought of as a purely utilitarian feature, however they offer even more potential than custom furnishings do within a space! Although a door divides, it is also a feature that can merge spaces and aesthetics.

This concept of a HiFi Door combines my love for negative space with wood structure and modern aesthetics into a door destined for a showroom.

This unit is designed to divide my workshop from my showroom. It’s plethora of openings offers more transparency than a similarly sized rail + stile door, plus, it is more attractive. The open grid will be crafted from solid Cherry and will be the final detail in my beautifully crafted studio space.
